Shipping

Caluco Patio Furniture ships all orders from our Southern California warehouse within 4 business days of payment. Although every effort is made to keep all items in stock, occasionally items will be back-ordered and we will notify you of any shipping delays.

Most items are shipped via freight company and will require a signature. Smaller items will ship via UPS. Please allow 10 to 14 business days for shipment. Rush delivery is available for an extra charge.

We carefully hand-pack all furniture at our warehouse, but please inspect your delivery for any damage upon receipt (see our return policy below).

Most items will arrive in a flat box except where noted otherwise, and include all necessary hardware and instructions. Most pieces are easily assembled in under an hour.

It is important that you open and inspect your delivery with care. Note any damages or shortages on the carrier’s receipt and specify if cartons are crushed, ripped or open.
