Caluco Manufacturing Process

Caluco is the premier manufacturer of high-end patio furniture. Our mission is to provide our dealers with the best products on the market today.

We own our own factory and take pride in our products. Each item is crafted to exacting standards using the finest materials to ensure the highest possible quality. Below you will find a detailed description of our manufacturing process:

STEP 1:

Premium-quality recycled aluminum arrives at our manufacturing facility.

STEP 2:

The aluminum is melted and formed into uniform allocations.

STEP 3:

The aluminum is then melted and die-cast in our specific forms resulting in a solid, precisely-shaped product.

STEP 4:

If necessary, the resulting aluminum piece is cut to the required specifications.

STEP 5:

The individual sections of each furniture piece are then hand-welded by skilled craftsmen, resulting in a rigid, structurally-sound product.

STEP 6:

After welding, the product is hand-sanded and polished for a smooth, uniform look.

STEP 7:

The pieces are then washed with solvent in a commercial-grade washer to remove any debris.

STEP 8:

After the furniture is washed and dried, it is hand painted and powder-coated with a multi-coat finish for lasting beauty.

STEP 9:

A final finish coat is brushed on by hand with great detail to ensure the desired look.

STEP 10:

After individual inspection, the final product is packaged and shipped to our 40,000 square foot facility in San Fernando, California.

Since we own the factory, we control the quality and stock status of our product, unlike most of the competition. We normally keep all of our items IN STOCK for quick shipment to our customers. In addition, we manufacture all of our custom cushions in-house, with an average turn-around time of 2 weeks or less.
