IMPORTANT NOTES:

• This limited warranty is the sole warranty provided by Caluco for its commercial umbrellas and bases.
• No other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are provided.
• Caluco shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or special damage arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of its products.\
• Caluco reserves the right to substitute materials of equal or better quality.
• The warranty covers only normal usage. No warranty applies to any condition resulting from misuse or abuse, or any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance, cleaning, or care.
• Caluco strongly advises against using any umbrella in wind conditions and recommends securely closing all umbrellas when not in use or when wind speeds exceed 15-20 MPH.
• Caluco may discontinue any component part such as fabric, paint, etc. at any time.

WARRANTY COVERAGE EXCLUSIONS:

• COM fabrics are not covered under this warranty. They must be suitable for use with umbrellas to ensure proper performance and durability.
• Limited warranties apply only to the original commercial use purchaser and do not extend to floor samples or prototypes.
• Any new warranty supersedes this warranty.
• Warranty coverage begins on the date of purchase and proof of purchase is required.
• Warranties are non-transferrable to subsequent owners.
• Pictures or inspection may be required for warranty
• In some cases, there may be a pro-rated charge for the time the product was in use.
