This limited warranty is the sole warranty provided by Caluco for its commercial umbrellas and bases.
No other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are provided.
Caluco shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or special damage arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of its products.\
Caluco reserves the right to substitute materials of equal or better quality.
The warranty covers only normal usage. No warranty applies to any condition resulting from misuse or abuse, or any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance, cleaning, or care.
Caluco strongly advises against using any umbrella in wind conditions and recommends securely closing all umbrellas when not in use or when wind speeds exceed 15-20 MPH.
Caluco may discontinue any component part such as fabric, paint, etc. at any time.
WARRANTY COVERAGE EXCLUSIONS:
COM fabrics are not covered under this warranty. They must be suitable for use with umbrellas to ensure proper performance and durability.
Limited warranties apply only to the original commercial use purchaser and do not extend to floor samples or prototypes.
Any new warranty supersedes this warranty.
Warranty coverage begins on the date of purchase and proof of purchase is required.
Warranties are non-transferrable to subsequent owners.
Pictures or inspection may be required for warranty
In some cases, there may be a pro-rated charge for the time the product was in use.
